Kendra's Law: Pro and Con
Kendra's Law is a controversial bill signed into law by Governor Pataki. Both proponents and opponents of the bill make powerful arguments regarding the impact of the bill on the seriously mentally ill. Currents invited two mental health advocates to present their respective positions on Kendra's Law Both of these advocates belong to key organizations involved in fighting for or against Kendra's law.
