2014 Leadership Award Nominations

Thank you for being a part of our selections committee for the 8th Annual Leadership Awards that will be presented at our Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, December 4, 2014.

All the nominations are listed below.  Each Selections Committee member’s assignment has been sent via email for privacy.  Please scroll down to view the list – each nomination is coded with a number.  You have been emailed a master list with each nominee’s corresponding number code. Please contact Alayne Rosales for any questions about this process.

 Selections Committee Guidelines:

Please note that the leadership award program supports NASW-NYC’s fund raising effort, and as a result of that, in 2013, there were 13 emerging leaders and 9 mid-career leaders selected. While not the sole criteria in selecting a leader, consideration should be given to the ability of the honoree’s network in helping to support the success of the dinner.

Membership in NASW is NOT a criteria for selection. We will strongly encourage all nominees to join.

If at all possible, consideration could be given across the different areas in which people work, as well as to diversity of backgrounds.

The selection criteria provides the basic framework for deciding how to select candidates.

Selection Criteria for Emerging Leaders Recognition:
