Professor, Dr. Rodberg, an expert on the New York Health Act, will be at our meeting to discuss the items on the agenda.Dr. Rodberg is the co-author of the proposal to include long-term plan in the New York Health Act, showing that New York State could afford it (the Rand study of 8/2018 came to the same conclusion).
