Registration Instructions Under "Attendee Selections" please make sure that you select the Keynote Speaker, one Morning Workshop, and one Afternoon Workshop. You will only be granted entrance to sessions for which you have registered for and cannot change your selected sessions once registration has been completed. Workshops will indicate if they are eligible for other continuing education credits (CASAC) aside from social work in the session descriptions. Attendees must provide their license type and number in the registration and evaluation in order to receive their certificate(s) of completion at the end of the conference. Please ensure that your registration information (name, e-mail, workshop choices) is accurate as this will impact your continuing education certificates. NASW-NYC is not responsible for the accuracy of your registration information.
NASW-NYC Attendee Certificates Policy As per New York State Continuing Education guidelines, attendees must arrive on time and attend the ENTIRE workshops they registered for to receive their Continuing Education Contact Hours. Any attendees who arrive late or leaves early to their workshops will not receive their certificate and is not eligible for a refund in any way. Attendees must attend the entire conference day in order to receive the full six (6) continuing education contact hours. Once workshop sessions are selected in registration, attendees may not change the selected session. If attendees choose to attend the conference partially, they will only receive the hours listed for the breakout sessions they attended. Attendees may not share their webinar entry link with anyone else as this may affect your CEUs. Webinar entry links are unique to the registered attendee and will affect your attendance. Please ensure your registration and evaluation information is accurate as this may impact your continuing education certificates. NASW-NYC is not responsible for the accuracy of your information. To receive your continuing education certificate of completion, you must be present for the entire webinar and complete an evaluation. NASW-NYC Attendee Refund Policy All refund requests must be submitted by e-mail to workshops.naswnyc@socialworkers.org with the subject line "2021 Conference - Refund Request" and must include the attendee's full name and registration email in the body of the e-mail. Valid requests must be received no later than seven business days (May 20, 2021) prior to the registration end date. NASW-NYC reserves the right to refuse any refunds requested later than five business days prior to the conference date. - All refunds are subject to a 30% administrative processing fee.
- Refund requests typically require 1-2 weeks processing time.
- Refunds ONLY; credits cannot be issued towards a future program/event.
Special Accommodations If you require special accommodations to permit your attendance, please submit a written request to workshops.naswnyc@socialworkers.org at least fifteen business days (May 10, 2021) to the conference date.
