The meeting will focus on a variety of issues related to the unfolding Ebola realities and accompanying concerns. These include considering our social work roles in this context; the significance of accurate information consistently accessible to all communities across the city; considering public education; incorporating a public health perspective; promoting principles of Psychological First Aid; and a historical look at parallel contexts.
