Continuing Our Conversation in this Political Climate: Stories From the Field

This committee meeting invites social workers to share the profoundly affecting realities we hear from clients and communities with whom we work during this time, from before the election through today, with focus on the stories we listen to and our own, impacted by the policies, culture, and expressions of this administration. We will continue discussion on taking actions, responding to hat crimes, enhancing collaboration among the chapter committees, creating additional conversations among social workers, and engaging in public education through narratives and stories.
