NASW-NYC proudly offers a minimum of 20% and up to 35% off for group registrationto organizations that register their groups at intervals of ten.

To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed by the same organization. Groups in between intervals of ten will be invoiced at the next level rounding up. Group rates are for both days only, there are no options for 1-day group rates.

To register your group:

  1. Please complete the online group registration form below. The form will ask for a main contact person.
  2. Within 3-4 business days of completing the form, NASW-NYC will email an invoice, a registration link for your guests, and a unique organization promo code. You will use this promo code to register your group's attendees online.
    • Please note that the promo code will have a limit based on the group size/level you selected – it is the organization’s responsibility to ensure everyone in your group is registered. When registering your group, please ensure that everyone's name, e-mail address, session choices, and license type is accurate and entered in at registration.
    • Please note that when attendees register using the unique promo code the registration prices will come out to $0.00. However, organizations are expected to pay their invoiced amount in full by Monday, May 27, 2024. If this amount is not paid in full by the due date, NASW-NYC has the right to release your group registration.
    • NASW-NYC is not responsible for a group registration’s attendance if attendees have not individually registered themselves by the group registration end date of Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
  3. Payment instructions based on the preferred payment type indicated in your registration form will be emailed to the main contact of your organization.
