The NASW-NYS/NYC Virtual Social Work Job Fair was first launched in January 2021. This virtually-held event is geared towards NY social workers of various levels and fields of practice. An official bi-annual event at the NASW-NYS/NYC Chapter, the virtual social work job fair aims to support and engage NY social workers who are new to the profession and who are looking for a new position to continue their careers.
Since its inception, the NASW-NYS/NYC Chapter has held six successful virtual job fairs that featured various NYC-based employers looking to hire social workers and offered 100+ social workers the chance to hear about numerous job opportunities and positions available.
The NASW-NYS/NYC Winter 2025 Virtual Social Work Job Fair now includes organizations across New York State, expanding connection and opportunity to all New York social workers.
